2. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), then wait for 10 seconds.



3. Watch the ACC indicator.



Does the ACC indicator (amber) go off?



YES -



Go to step 4.



NO -



Go to step 5.



4. Press the brake pedal, and watch the ACC indicator.



Does the ACC unit indicator (amber) go off?



YES -



The system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.?



NO -



Go to step 5.



5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.



Is DTC 49 indicated?



YES -



Go to step 6.



NO -



Troubleshoot the indicated DTC(s). If there are no DTCs, the system is OK at this time.?



6. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).



7. Disconnect the ACC unit 20P connector.



8. Measure the resistance between ACC unit 20P connector terminal No. 5 and body ground. There should be an open circuit or at least 1



MOhms.



Is the resistance as specified?



YES -



Go to step 9.



NO -



Repair a short to ground in the wire between the ACC unit and the right front brake fluid pressure sensor.?



9. Disconnect the right front brake fluid pressure sensor 3P connector.



10. Connect right front brake fluid pressure sensor 3P connector terminal No. 2 to body ground with a jumper wire.
