Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair a short to body ground in the wire between the left-front suspension stroke sensor, the headlight leveling control unit, and the active damper
control unit.?
NO -
Go to step 11.
11. Check for continuity between headlight leveling control unit 16P connector terminals No. 4 and No. 13, and terminals No. 12 and No. 13
individually.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Repair a short between the wires (SVCC line and SG line).?
NO -
Go to step 12.
12. Reconnect all connectors.
13. Start the engine, and wait 5 seconds.
14. Check the HVCC VOLTAGE in the ACTIVE DAMPER SYSTEM DATA LIST with the HDS.
Is there 4.36 V or more indicated?
YES -
Replace the active damper control unit See: Relays and Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and Suspension/Relays and Modules -
Suspension/Suspension Control Module/Service and Repair.?
NO -
Go to step 15.
15. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
16. Substitute a known-good headlight leveling control unit See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Headlamp Alignment Control Module/Testing
and Inspection.
17. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
18. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
