1. Clear the hard error code.
2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).
3. Go into the Diagnostic Menu, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis items menu See: Accessories and Optional
Equipment/Navigation System/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Navigation System Diagnostic Mode.
4. Select the System Links, then select the ECU INFO.
Is D-RAM OK indicated?
YES -
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.?
NO -
Replace the audio-navigation unit See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc/Service and
Repair/Audio-Navigation Unit Removal/Installation.?

- Check for B-CAN DTCs and resolve them before troubleshooting.
