6. Select the System Links, then select the RES.



Is Connection OK indicated?



YES -



Replace the rear controller and screen See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Entertainment Systems/Entertainment System Control



Panel/Service and Repair.?



NO -



Do the DTC 2708 troubleshooting See: 2708.?

NOTE:



- Check the vehicle battery condition first See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General



Diagnostics/Battery Test.



- These navigation DTCs set when a communication error between the rearview camera and the navigation display (open or short) is detected.

1. Clear the hard error code.



2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).



3. Go into the Diagnostic Menu, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis Items menu.



4. Check the System Links.



Is the Rear camera icon red?



YES -



Go to step 5.



NO -



Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.?



5. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).



6. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at rearview camera 6P connector.



Are there connections OK?



YES -



Go to step 7.



NO -



Repair poor connection or loose terminal.?
